London PT, Olga Stignii is the founder of Go & Glow, specialising in strength and wellbeing for professional women who want to take care of themselves but don’t always have the time to prioritise it.

With 15 years of experience, Olga understands the women she works with and how they want to workout. Whether it be for better physical or mental health, escapism from a busy job and lifestyle, a way to build lean muscle or encourage self-confidence.

Olga will get to know the way you like to move, your changing energy levels, moods and lifestyle pressures. She’ll support and keep you accountable, and be there to listen through those tough days and celebrate every success until you hit your goals.
